Thank you for your bug report, the bug is not easy to deal with because
the description describe several issues accross several components

Tthe main problem [1] seems to be compiz's windows placement though ,
reassigning there though I'm not sure if it wouldn't be better to open
different bugs about the different issues

[1] "it turned out, all my windows were moved to second screen
(projector, which was just plugged in, but not turned on), which can be
seen on screenshot Screen05. Expo view also gave me nothing (Screen06,
photograph), but screenshot of Expo view shows that there are windows"
