Hi Seth, Thanks for the prompt reply, the reason why I would like to use Apparmor instead of using sudo to confine the command is becase except restart Apache, the user also need permission to edit apache configurations or add virtual hosts. In one workd the user has all permissions related Apache service ( files, service etc.), as I know sudo doesn't support this kind of confinement.
I used Selinux to confine a user only having above presented permissions successfully, without any unexpected issues. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1089242 Title: apparmor RBAC kill command issue To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apparmor/+bug/1089242/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
