Public bug reported:
Consider the following /etc/fstab entry:
//10.0.0.1/xor /home/xor/Server cifs
defaults,sec=ntlmv2i,soft,iocharset=utf8,credentials=/home/xor/.samba_credentials,noauto,user
0 0
Mounting it as root works.
Trying to mount it as the "xor" user fails with:
mount error(22): Invalid argument
"dmesg" shows the reason:
[81688.271188] CIFS: Unknown mount option "defaults"
Using Kubuntu12.10 amd64.
