Public bug reported: On my system, with an ASUS P8Z77-V Deluxe motherboard, I had to go into the BIOS and disable bluetooth and wifi to restore any form of networking what-so-ever. There was a crash of some sort reported in the dmesg logs, and running ifconfig would hang my terminal. I managed to chroot into my install using a KUbuntu live cd and install all updates via 'apt-get update && apt-get upgrade', and this is still an issue. Attached is a dmesg log I manually obtained.
