Public bug reported:
Running indicator-weather from console:
/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/gobject/constants.py:24: Warning:
g_boxed_type_register_static: assertion `g_type_from_name (name) == 0' failed
import gobject._gobject
In context menu there are two elements — Settings and Exit (localized).
Settings dialog does not allow to apply settings (OK button is
disabled).
When selecting location there is another bug (probably connected with
current):
AttributeError: Location instance has no attribute 'location_code'
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/bin/indicator-weather", line 1892, in on_apply
(location_code, location_details) = self.location.export_location_details()
File "/usr/bin/indicator-weather", line 405, in export_location_details
return (self.location_code, self.location_details)
System info:
1) Ubuntu 12.10
2) 12.07.30-0ubuntu1
3) Expect to be able to change settings.
4) Unable to change settings.
This bug prevents usage of the weather applet.
