Your BIOS/EFI seems to be severely broken, it looks like it did not update
the microcode on all cores, just on the first two...

If you apply a microcode update from within Linux, does it update all cores
to the same microcode?

Your BIOS seems to be outdated (I assume your board is a A85XA-G65), maybe
the latest one fixes this issue...
