To reproduce this bug:
1. Create file in terminal with name containing special characters:
touch `printf '\xd0'`
2. Try to remove created file in Krusader
Expected behavior: file deleted.
Observed behavior: Krusader responds with error message "The file or folder
/home/user/� does not exist."
