Sorry, This PPA release does not fix that bug for me.
I've found on ubuntuforums.org a way to track why wifi is stuck (it seems to be solved for some users at least) : http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1962191 Today i've succeed to reconnect wifi joe@Mediacenter:~$ rfkill list all 0: phy0: Wireless LAN Soft blocked: no Hard blocked: no next time i will try again while it disconnects for seeing if i've got an clue to fix that issue.
