Public bug reported:

After disconnecting USB headset from Logitech model 00009, computer
entered text mode (mouse was still visible on screen though) and
computer was unresponsive.

I had just finished an XMPP call with Jitsi and when the headset was
disconnected from usb, black screen with text stating there was a kernel
panic and computer would enter text mode. Unable to do anything so I had
to reboot. I also had Thunderbird and Libreoffice running at that time.
This is a one-time bug since I've already done this before without any
problem.
