Public bug reported: We made a transitional lo-menubar package in quantal to facilitate upgrades (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lo- menubar/0.1.1-0ubuntu3). The conflicts prevents this from working properly. It also prevents people trying to install lo-menubar, that are trying to get the globalmenu integration, without a helpful message.
A versioned breaks would be appropriate though.
