Hi Karl,
there is a long standing bug hanging around at
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/707931
where the generated dir file is broken due to some .po files
being wrong. THe users confirmed that it is also present
int the latest prelrelease (Debian package)
There are many things discussed there, but these two items are
open:
