It sounds like the problem might have been with the print toolchain in
Ubuntu rather than the file. However Ubuntu 7.10 "Gutsy Gibbon" is no
longer officially supported. If this problem still occurs on Ubuntu
12.10 "Quantal Quetzal" please file a new bug.
