Sorry i don't explain well.
I rewrite the testcase to reproduce the bug.

** Description changed:

  Release of Ubuntu: 13.04
  Package Version: Installed: 1:3.6.2~rc2-0ubuntu6
  Expected Results: the printer settings are remembered
  Actual Results: the printer settings are restored to default when it is 
started

  TESTCASE:
  
  -Start writer or calc ecc.
  -Type something
  -From menu File select Print - Properties - Device
- -Set 'Print Quality' to something different from standard
+ -Set 'Print Quality' to 'Fast Economy' or whatever different from 'Standard'
  -Do the same with others settings.
  -Close all and Calc too and restart it
  -From File menu do the same as above and you can see all you have set 
reverted to default
