I've used GRML livecd didn't load wl driver, did chroot and purged half- installed 3.5.0-21 related image, image-extras Then did apt-get update again and successfully installed 3.5.0-21. Now running it with propriatory wl driver. Will see how smooth next kernel upgrade would go.
