Dear Christopher,

Again, the first command fails on execution. I get the following message:
(ibrahim@ibrahim-K43SV:~$ cd /var/crash && sudo rm * && sudo apt-get update
&& sudo apt-get -y upgrade && sudo apt-get -y install libreoffice-dbg
uno-libs3-dbg ure-dbg && sudo service apport start force_start=1
[sudo] password for ibrahim:
rm: cannot remove `*': No such file or directory
ibrahim@ibrahim-K43SV:/var/crash$ )

please advise.

Regards,
Ibrahim Hammad
