Public bug reported:

I have a lot of package sources (private and not private). So, updating
package list takes some time.

Each time I install new bought software, software center adds new
package source, updates package list, then downloads&installs package.
Of this opration, the most time is taken by adding package source and
updating package list.

Now, when I install more then one package this way at a time (which is
not so uncommon in the age of Humble Bundles) it takes a lot of time to
add package source and update package list for each software piece in a
queue.

When there are similar operations in the queue (add package source,
update package list), they should be reordered and merged, so they take
less time overall. All 'add package source' operations should be put
before 'update package list', and all 'update package list' should be
merged into one operation.

** Affects: software-center (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
