Public bug reported:
Alltray version 0.71b. Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal.
Only after changing com.canonical.Unity.Panel systray-whitelist from default to
['all'] the alltrayed window apperars in the systray. Restoring the window
doesn't work by click, but by "undock" only. But afterwards Alltray crashes.

So far, Alltray is useless in Quantal.
