The mouse is a MS-X35 from MS-TECH and some further information
is provieded also within the attachments.
One Button (the back?) is not recognized and the forward? is mapped wrong.
left = 1
right = 3
middle = 2
forward = 9 ( should be back)
back is not recognized at all
scroll down = 5
scroll up = 4
