Public bug reported:
1. set the icon size to be smaller than the default value
2. open the dash
-> you see an empty space between the launcher and the dash, as if the dash was
only positionned with the default launcher size value.

probably linked to it:
- when starting my session and thus unity, I can see the standard icon size for
0.5s, and then the reduced scaled one.
