SRU request:
Please accept nvidia-common 1:0.2.44.3 in precise-proposed. The only
change is a the addition of a test which tries to reproduce this bug
when building the package.
Basically the test fakes the availability of an nvidia card and checks
that the problem discussed in this bug report can no longer be
reproduced.
