Hi there, thanks for the report! Whenever you see this high load
average, look for apt-check processes in your ps -ef output.
I suspect that this is a duplicate of LP: #976928, #1010505, #999151,
which have been fixed in byobu 5.20. I need to get that fix out to
12.04 as an SRU...
