Public bug reported:

To reproduce:
1) update-manager -d
2) Notice that while it offers an upgrade choice, clicking upgrade does nothing.

There are at least a few problems, seemingly all caused by my
refactoring during the quantal development cycle.

A) The "-d" is not being passed on to ubuntu-release-upgrader, causing it to do
nothing when called (at least during raring development).
B) Manually calling ubuntu-release-upgrader also has some problems, including a
missing "/" in a gtkbuilder ui path.

I am looking into it.
