Public bug reported:
In Ubuntu 12.04, enter the command 'which cd'. It prints nothing. Same
with whatis and whereis:
$ whatis cd
cd: nothing appropriate.
$ whereis cd
cd:
$ which cd
Lame. It should print that cd is a bash builtin, or a function or alias
or whatever.
