Well , I've just found a problem that might be related to ACPI Warning
messages.

When battery (on laptop) is critical low , the system is not going to
Hibernate state but shuts down immediately.

The results of this behavior are:
At next boot fsck try to recover journal (as fsck does when you shutdown the 
system by shutdown button- cold shutdown).
