Made the description a bit more elaborate and mentions this is still
reproducible in Ubuntu Raring.

** Description changed:

- I am using fiesty on amd64.
+ Steps to reproduce:
+ Clicking for instance "Debug->Watches" in the IDE produces the error "No
debugger
+ support available"
+
+ Based on the discussion in the Debian bug, debug support was disabled
+ because newer versions of gdb were incompatible with fpc.
+
+ This issue is reproducible with fpc version 2.6.0-7 in Ubuntu Raring,
+ and seems to have been present since 7.04

** Tags added: lucid oneiric precise quantal raring
