I'm flipping off incomplete because it's obvious it's hitting multiple
separate people (even though we don't seem to be able to get a full log
from any of them).
PLEASE if you hit this submit a fresh bug and use ubuntu-bug to file
with a complete set of logs and then add a comment here pointing to the
bug number.
