Try temporarily moving ~/.pulse and ~/.pulse-cookie out of the way, to allow pulseaudio to create a fresh configuration, and try again. If I am reading the log right, pulse isn't even seeing a client request from parecord as it should, so something somewhere may be misconfigured...
