Public bug reported:
Well , I have an ATI Radeon 9600 SE video card with 128 MB . I use the ATI
proprietary Driver provided through restrict driver manager in Feisty . It
works just fine but the problem is there are some side effects after I enable
it :
- I can no more use compiz even when I change compositing setting through the
configuration file of xorg .
- OpenOffice won't load and sticks at the splash screen even after I installed
it from source .
I don't care too much about the first one but I don't either know what
the relation between package like OpenOffice and ATI driver is .
Thank you :)
