Hmm. I was attempting to make an ARM based 'initramfs' system. I did a
'cpio -idv' and this trashed a bunch of files in my system. I had to
download the '.deb' packages and force a re-install. This got my system
working. I ran through the directories associated with the 'initramfs'
to ensure all the files were replaced, however, I might have missed on.

Is there anything in dpkg/apt-get/etc like 'rpm -q --verify' that gives
md5sums of all installed binaries?
