Public bug reported:
I'm running 12.04 fully updated in 64bit. Since the installation, email
and IM notification have this behaviour. So when you put the mouse over
the bubble, it become blur and if I click on it, it's like if the bubble
is not even there, it's clicking in the window behind the blurred
bubble.
This is annoying. I made a lot of search on the web and could not find
a solution. Note that I found myself all the solution to my problem
using google, so since I did not for that bug, I decided to create an
account and fill that bug report. Note also that I have a colleague
that have the same setup of mine and has the same bug since the
installation.
I included a screenshot in case my problem description is not clear
enough.
