The following wireless setup is for a desktop with:
Motherboard: GIGABITE 990FXA-UD3 with 16Gb, AMD FX-4100 CPU and EVGA GeForce
8400 GS 1GB X2 Graphics.
and wireless setup:
Network: Hawking_300N_AP/Bridge
Manufacturer: Hawking Technologies, Inc.
Adapter: 150Mbps Wireless 802.11b/g/n USB
Model No. EW-7811Un
Manufacturer: Edimax Technology Co., LTD

Since I installed Ubuntu 12.1.0 LTS and all upgrades to date, I have had
continuous crashes of the wireless connection,, sometimes with no recovery
after reboot. I also have Windows 7 on a separate drive and it has no similar
problems when I use it. It has NOT crashed once.
I thank you in advance for any possible help
