jevgtv, thank you for posting a direct URL to the report. A number of issues
exist in your post http://permalink.gmane.org/gmane.linux.kernel.mmc/17486 that
may have contributed to the report not being responded to. These are documented
in https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelTeam/KernelTeamBugPolicies :
+ You omitted the wording for each section. For example:
[1.] 1180:0822 smart card reader Ricoh Co Ltd RL5c476 II not working

should be:
[1.] One line summary of the problem: 1180:0476 SmartCard Reader Ricoh Co Ltd
RL5c476 not working

+ You posted a link for the Bug Description instead of typing it
directly into the report for [2.].

+ You posted Ubuntu tags into an upstream bug report in section [3.].
Upstream does not use the Ubuntu tag system.

+ You were not booted into the newest mainline kernel when providing the
upstream information (ex. sections [4.] and [7.1.]), while the newest
kernel version available as of the date of your post was v3.6.5.

+ Putting extraneous information into [5.] when you don't have an oops,
and [6.] when you are not providing a shell script.

Despite all this, could you please test for this problem in the newest
mainline kernel available http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-
ppa/mainline/v3.8-rc4-raring/ ? If reproducible, and since your initial
upstream post was not responded to, you would be justified in creating a
bug report on bugzilla.kernel.org following
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelTeam/KernelTeamBugPolicies .
