Thanks for your bugreport.
This problem is fixed for the feisty->gutsy upgrade but unfortunately we
will not backport the fix to the edgy->feisty release-upgrader. The
error here is that there are three kernels flavours installed, each
takes ~20 MB of space in /boot. The /boot parition had only ~40MB of
free space. The space calculation in gutsy got a lot better and should
take this into account now.
