This is not a software issue, but an hardware issue.  It is known that
some AMD processors have unreliable sensors (according to the kernel
docs, those for Socket F or AM2+, but I'm not sure if this info is up-
to-date).

If you want to use the k10temp driver on this system, you can always
force by running (on a terminal):

$ sudo rmmod k10temp
$ sudo modprobe k10temp force=1

Note that the values that the driver will provide you are *not*
reliable!

Since this is an hardware issue, I'm tagging this bug as 'Invalid'.
