Public bug reported:

I've been testing stuff on 13.04, and on several machines including a
freshly installed 13.04 I could not calibrate my screen due to the
package "gnome-color-manager" not being installed. Trying to calibrate
the screen causes some really cryptic error messages with this package
missing.
