Apologies. It's fixed. For me, this was a digital configuration matter found in the http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Configuring_Digital_Sound
"If you are feeding the receiver raw audio (PCM), then 'Data: audio' is correct. However, if you are feeding it an encoded stream (Dolby AC3 or DTS), 'Data: non-audio' is correct.
