Binary package hint: gnome-panel
Toshiba Satellite 1100 running 7.04.
Whenever a screen of any application is maximised the topmost bar turns
white. Sometime the controls seem to be still present (Maximise,
Minimise etc) and sometime they aren't. If the screen can be resized the
bar returns to normal.
