apport information

** Tags added: apport-collected raring running-unity

** Description changed:

  acpi cannot detect my battery, so the indicator can't show me the status
  of it. Im using a "toshiba l640 ".I have tried many Ubuntu versions (old
  and new) and all of them posses the same issue.The Laptop runs without
  AC power supply, it means battery is able to power-up the laptop but it
  does it show a status. My BIOS has been updated to the very latest
  version and all packages are up to-date.

  $  dmesg | grep batt
