The camorama_0.18-0ubuntu1 (available in edgy and feisty universe) and
camorama_0.18-2ubuntu1 (available in gutsy universe) packages should report
their version as 0.18.
The version is set through the PACKAGE_VERSION constant which is set to 0.17 in
the AC_INIT call:

AC_INIT(camorama,0.17,
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=camorama)

(this is from the configure.in 0.18-2ubuntu1).
