Public bug reported:
Installing today's daily image to my nexus7, I found that the oem-config
screen came up with a completely corrupted background (diagonal stripes,
like something wasn't sure what the stride was). The oem-config window
itself rendered perfectly and I was able to install, after which the
desktop loaded correctly with no further video corruption.
