* Non-maintainer upload; ACKed by the maintainer.
* Remove deprecated dpatch and upgrade to packaging format "3.0 quilt"

* Add build-arch and build-indep targets; use dh_prep in rules file.
* Fix copyright-refers-to-symlink-license (Lintian).
