Hello, I tested http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.8-rc4-raring/ kernel. It doesn't freeze anymore but suspend doesn't work: my laptop didn't enter in suspend mode, but only show me unblock session dialog window (as it was just resumed from suspend).
