Public bug reported:

Ubuntu version: 12.04 LTS 64-bit
fglrx-updates version: Version: 2:9.000-0ubuntu0.1
Video card: AMD Radeon HD 6410D
OpenGL version: 4.211627

Description of problem:
While using the drivers provided by package fglrx-updatres-2:8.960-0ubuntu1 all
programs refresh and display properly. Upgrading to
fglrx-updates-2:9.000-0ubuntu0.1 causes some programs (most notably the Opera
web browser) to not refresh their contents when moving or resizing the window.
Reverting back to the previous version of this package
(fglrx-updatres-2:8.960-0ubuntu1) causes all windows to display properly again.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Opera web browser.
2. Install fglrx-updates-2.9.000-0ubuntu1
3. Launch Opera
4. Resize window. Note contents of window does not update.

Expected behaviour:
The contents of all windows should update with the new driver as they did with
the previous release.

Work around:
Remove fglrx-updates-2.9.000-0ubuntu1 package and install
fglrx-updates-2.8.960-0ubuntu1, then reboot the computer. Drawing of windows
returns to normal.
