I close this here as dub of

,because the other report has a usefull stacktrace(retraced there with
success), one of the user has experimented a bit with valgrind(how
usefull I could not say) and the crash is there observed with the latest
version of Indicator-Weather on Ubuntu13.04 raring developer branch.
Also bug 853832 is already on status triaged.
