Environment: fresh installed Ubuntu 12.10 with Unity.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Nauitlus (for example). Focus window.
2. Press Ctrl-Alt-Num2 to place it on the bottom of the screen (it occurs with
Ctrl-Alt-Num8 as well).
3. Then press Ctrl-Alt-Num5 and see a window without title bar.
4. Press Ctrl-Alt-Num5 again to return title.
