It would be useful to be able to answer some reviews or to offer the reviewer the ability to easily generate a bug report from his comment. For instance, if a reviewer don't know how to use a certain feature of the software, it could be useful to be able to give this information after his comment. And, if a reviewer reports a broken feature, it could be useful as well to have this information sent to the upstream dev.
