Valgrind complains about Uninitialized Memory Read in Ecere FileDialog
And if statement was badly written, and has been reordered to solved the
issue.
[Test Case]
Run an Ecere application with a FileDialog (e.g. the Ecere IDE) in Valgrind,
and bring up the FileDialog.
[Regression Potential]
This is a very trivial and safe fix, the if conditions have been reordered so
that lazy evaluation prevents the UMR.
