Public bug reported:
I upgraded from the package "linux-image-3.8.0-1-generic:amd64" to
"linux-image-3.8.0-2-generic:amd64" and have experienced 10% packet loss
on my local network (confirmed with mtr to a local computer). This does
not occur on the earlier (3.8.0-1) kernel.
The attached apport log is from the 3.8.0-1 kernel; I hope it is useful
although I can certainly reboot into the newer kernel to produce an
apport log.
