Per Bryce, having the updated versions of the driver packages in
-updates without the updated jockey introduces the possibility of wrong
drivers being presented that will break the system. So since this SRU
has been verified, I'm publishing the new jockey to precise-updates now
even though it's only 3 days old. My understanding is that it's safe
for the jockey package to be accepted into -updates before the second
round of driver packages are accepted.
