Thank you for your bug report. What login manager do you use? Do you
enter your password or use autologin? Did you change your user password
recently? Usually the keyring is unlocked by the login password, they
need to use the same password though (which is the default but things
can get out of sync if you change your password but the keyring one
doesn't get updated)

Title:
Seahorse in 13.04 prompts me for my password after i auto login to
Gnome/Unity, last release i was able to change a setting in Seahorse
IIRC and it fixed it.
